Orders
An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping is calculated at checkout before payment.
Product use
PostureBalance supports are comfort and posture-awareness accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Do not wear a support over an injury, wound or rash, and stop using it if you experience pain, numbness or tingling.
Health advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have persistent back or neck pain, a diagnosed spinal condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
